Grand Canyon & Hoover Dam

A conference in Las Vegas Vegas afforded me the opportunity to take lightening quick tours of the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam. The day was beastly hot and hazy with temperatures well over 110°—”but, it’s a dry heat,” they said. Right! Despite the heat and the haze, I left with a vow to return for a more extended visit, especially to the Grand Canyon.
