Time to Reflect

I’m frequently struck by the reflections I encounter on my kayak excursions. They are a reminder to take a moment, to be in the moment….and to do a bit of inner reflection.

This is a single downy chest feather from a Bald Eagle--lost when he took flight and flew over my kayak. I watched it float and spiral as it fell through the air and snapped this picture just before it touched the water's surface.
